Shipping 

Currently, all Standard shipping is free of charge. Express shipping is charged at $15 per order, Australia wide. 'Local Delivery' only applies to residential addresses or pick-ups, no PO boxes permitted.

Returns 
We are happy to accept returns on our products within 14 days of the delivery date if you are unhappy with your selection. The items must be returned to us in new, unused condition, in their original packaging. Please email hello@coteriestudio.com.au with your intention to return. Upon confirmation your return has been accepted, please arrange postage to the provided address. Your money or store credit will be processed within 5 business days.
